クリエイティヴ・マガジン『+81』を発行するPlus81publishersが新創刊する雑誌 『CORBEAU NOIR（コルボノワール）』。Vol.1の表紙を飾るのは女優・米倉涼子。
フォトグラファー田中了が撮りおろした、次世代の注目女優やモデルの愛甲ひかり、安藤ニコ、る鹿、横田ひかる、Amity、南琴奈のモノクローム写真と共に、Plus81編集長の山下悟が注目する4名のアーティストmoeco、Shun kawakami、OHGUSHI、宮村弦によるアート作品で構成された、大型サイズ全52ページの新感覚モノクローム・スタイル雑誌。
CORBEAU NOIRは、フォトグラファー田中了とplus81編集長の山下悟とのコラボレーション企画雑誌。雑誌タイトルである「CORBEAU NOIR（コルボノワール）」とは、闇夜の鴉“Corbeau de la nuit noire”に由来するフランス語の略。闇夜に佇む鴉を見極める眼を養い、色彩のない世界で物事の本質を見極め、想像力を湧き上がらせる。色彩情報から解放されることにより、モノクロームの世界に潜む本人も気づかない本性や未来の姿を被写体から感じるスタイル誌となっている。

The cover of CORBEAU NOIR, the first issue of Plus81publishers' new magazine, will be graced by actress Ryoko Yonekura, and will feature styled photographs of the next generation of monochrome actresses and models Hikari Aiko, Nico Ando, Ruka, Hikaru Yokota, Amity, and Kotona Minami, all taken by photographer Satoru Tanaka, and artworks by four of plus81 editor-in-chief Satoru Yamashita's favorite artists: moeco, Shun kawakami, OHGUSHI, and Gen Miyamura. Plus81 is a 52-page large format monochrome style magazine with a new sensation.
CORBEAU NOIR is a collaborative project between photographer satoru Tanaka and plus81 editor-in-chief Satoru Yamashita. The title of the magazine, "CORBEAU NOIR," is an abbreviation of the French word "Corbeau de la nuit noire," meaning a raven in the dark of night. It is about cultivating an eye to see the raven in the dark night, to see the essence of things in a colorless world, and to let your imagination soar. Free from color information, this style of magazine allows the reader to sense the true nature and future of the subject, which even the photographer is unaware of, hidden in the monochrome world.
SATORU TANAKA
2000年代にファッション・ブランド『SATORUTANAKA』を立ち上げ、東京のファッション・シーンを牽引した田中は、2009年より発表の場をニューヨークに移すなど精力的に活動。近年まで世界27カ国を巡りながらクリエイション・ワークを行ない、現在東京に戻り写真家としての創作分野を広げている。これまでも自身のブランドのルックや、ディレクションを手がけるプロジェクトの広告キャンペーンを自らが撮影してきた田中。CORBEAU NOIRではソフト・フォーカスな表現で被写体の内なる魅力を描き出している。
Tanaka, who launched the fashion brand "SATORUTANAKA" in the 2000s and led the Tokyo fashion scene, has been actively involved in the fashion industry since 2009, when he moved to New York to present his work. In recent years, he has traveled to 27 countries around the world to work on his creations, and has now returned to Tokyo to expand his creative field as a photographer. Tanaka has photographed the looks of his own brand and advertising campaigns for projects he has directed, and with CORBEAU NOIR, he uses a soft focus expression to depict the inner charm of his subjects.
